- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. In the last 3 minutes, add the broccoli florets. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, garlic, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir in cooked pasta and broccoli until evenly mixed.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, warm olive oil. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Gradually stir in mozzarella until melted.
