- 14.3 oz package Oreo cookies
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 8 oz package cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 1/4 cups whole milk (divided)
- 2 containers frozen whipped topping (thawed)
- 2 boxes chocolate instant pudding
- 1 1/2 cups mini semisweet chocolate morsels
Instructions
- To prepare the crust, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan and chill.
- For the cheesecake layer, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add 2 tablespoons of milk and fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over the chilled crust.
- Whisk together remaining milk with chocolate pudding mix until thickened. Pour over the cheesecake layer and spread evenly.
