  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and salt until frothy. Stir in any optional add-ins.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and coat with vegetable oil.
  3. Pour one-quarter of the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until edges begin to set (about 2-3 minutes).
  4. Carefully roll the omelette from one side to another using a spatula and push it to one side of the skillet.
  5. Add another quarter of the egg mixture to the empty skillet space, cook briefly, then fold the rolled omelette over this layer.
  6. Repeat until all egg mixture is used. Remove from heat, cool slightly, slice into pieces, and serve warm or at room temperature.
