  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
  • 1 teaspoon granulated onion
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 cup vegan mayo

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, onion, garlic, ginger, and salt. Gradually whisk in non-dairy milk until smooth.
  3. Coat each cauliflower floret in the batter, then roll in Panko crumbs.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, flip, and bake another 15 minutes until golden brown.
