  • 2 tablespoons almond milk (for glaze)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for glaze)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour blend, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
  3. Cut in the cold vegan butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
