- 4 medium Russet potatoes
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

- 1.5 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic

- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
Instructions
